The "Career Enhancement Program" begins by identifying your long term and intermediate career goals. Via a 360 feedback process you receive information on how you are perceived by those who work for and with you as well as how your management perceives you. In addition, with the use of behavioral profiling instruments, your natural and adapted behaviors are identified and compared with your 360 feedback. Armed with this information, Dr. Hill meets with you and your manager to assist with developing an action plan to enhance your career progress and reach your intermediate and long term career goals.
